Our bunkers are located at undisclosed locations in the mid-Atlantic region mostly in West Virginia.  Yet most locations are within a short 10–20-minute drive from a major four lane highway for easy access.  Leases provide long term protection for you and your family against the potential dangers of war, pestilences, natural disasters, and similar life-threatening events.  

 

Our ‘bomb’ shelters have restricted access and are NOT vacation homes.  All interested parties must be vetted and qualify financially before visiting our model shelter.  A capital investment of a minimum of $ 195,000 is expected.  Lease payments are payable upfront and for a 5 year term.  A yearly maintenance fee applies to cover; management fees, utilities, maintenance, cleaning, etc.

Each shelter is designed with high strength reinforced concrete to provide protection against radiation, explosions and commonly used ammo like AR15’s use.  Our bunkers are in a low priority target area of rural West Virginia and surrounding states.  The position of bunkers uses the natural terrain as protection against nuclear fallout.  The rural locations also allow for minimal human exposure as well adding additional protection in the event of a deadly pandemic.  Safety is a priority and your survival is the primary focus.  In the event of a close nuclear explosion which would be extremely rare due to the rural locations, the first ten days is the most critical.  Provisions are included to last indoors for at least 21 days.  Since private bunkers are not considered worthy targets of expensive nuclear weapons the need for additional lock-down time is not likely.  However, our sustainable survival shelter options provide additional resources for long-term survival.

 

Our bunkers are underground and concealed to blend in with the surrounding natural environment making them very difficult to detect with drones or from satellite images once constructed.

To be transparent, for privacy all our bunkers have restricted access so they are NOT weekend getaways or a place where you can go and come as you please.  For the security of other guests, access is restricted to scheduled visitation only.  We do not install or sell bomb shelters; our shelters are hidden on secluded properties in undisclosed areas and ready for occupancy when the need arises.  And on a first come first serve basis so interested parties need to plan ahead and lease their safe houses before a natural disaster, conflict or other emergency situation presents.  Interested parties must be vetted and financially qualified before visiting our model.

Location is as important as the bunker itself.  If you are in a high target area, urban areas, military facilities nearby, medical or infra-structure areas then you are at high risk and having a shelter there could still be life-threatening.  Being secure in a remote rural area that is undisclosed and considered a very low priority target area is much safer.  Bunker Valley offers survival shelters in undisclosed locations, our guests only know where their bunker is.
